Inspired by his latest series "Pieces of the Heart," "Paper Girls," and Russell's love for women, he cannot express enough  the excitement and enjoyment he has had creating these works.

These giclee mixed medium collages are a creation of combined print images that he has taken from various original collages of his.  Each print is individually hand pulled by D'Alessio on museum quality heavy archival paper with archival inks. They are each remarked, signed, and dated.  He hopes you will enjoy this new series.

Along with Russell's passion to paint he has always had the drive to create through the print medium.  He studied printmaking in art school and apprenticed at several print shops exploring many different techniques including lithography, offset, and screen printing.  His thirty years of printmaking continues as he execute the fine art of reproducing his own giclee prints. Owning the finest equipment available Russell calibrates his own colors to expertly match the original.  Each is hand worked to make them one of a kind pieces of art, hand coloring, collages, or mixed media.  He prefers working in small editions from as few as 1 to a small run of 25.  He prints with museum quality archival inks on archival papers tested for up to 125 years.
